At Kite Mobi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronic purchases. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Kite Mobi account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Device
Ensure the device is factory reset with all personal data removed, and pack it securely in its original packaging including all chargers, cables, and manuals.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
